Would encourage anyone to take the time to read this piece very good break down indeed.

I will just post a highlight of the article :yep

So much more is at stake for Mayweather. It's not a coincidence he chose to fight a 36-year-old Pacquiao rather than the 31-year-old version. He knows how much finishing his career undefeated would mean in terms of post-career endorsements and accolades on all-time lists. He knows he's exponentially more likely to beat Pacquiao at 80 percent of who he used to be than the raging bull of 2010. Defensive fighters age more gracefully than power punchers; Mayweather knows this, which makes his timing even less accidental.
All of which makes it more damning on his legacy if he loses. There have already been long-running theories that Mayweather has ducked this fight for years because of his fear that Pacquiao has the skill to hang that first loss on his record. If he's able to do it after a rocky few years filled with losses, mediocre fights and walkovers, it casts Mayweather's last half-decade into a different perspective

The way I see it: If Floyd beats Mayweather now, he would have done the same five yeras ago. Same goes for Manny. They have slowd down but their styles have not change too much.
Whoever wins deserves credit, cause there's no better fighter out there for either of them.

This is beyond pathetic. Dumba$$ Pac**** making pre-excuses.

So Floyd was "forced and pressured to fight" the scary midget...but if Floyd wins, then Pac was shot anyway right?

    Lol they have nothing covered

They know that when Pac loses this, the entire world will know who is better.

    There are NO EXCUSES.

All they can do is play denial from May 3rd/onwards, but the whole world will know who the #1 fighter is. :yep

I don't expect Mayweather to win... I think it's a pick em fight. Some writers are never happy... it's how they make money, and gets hits... by always complaining about something.

Like Steve Kim, he is now on the GGG bandwagon bec. GGG is based out of los angeles.... or Ellie Sechback with the Garcia bandwagon bec. he can go to their gym a lot.

A lot of these writers, they let their biases get the best of them. I like Radio Raheem because he keeps it balanced.

None of this means anything considering floyd offered the fight in '09. But Bob didn't want the fight at that time. He wanted to suck more money out of his cash cow and knew his value would be diminished after a loss to Mayweather. Bob had a million and one excuses for it not to happen at that time and anyone who disagrees I'll be glad to post a list of quotes that came from him.

The only pressure seems to be on the pac clowns here. You guys have been in damage control since this fight was made.

Yes yes how the wait ****ed us all. Pac was going for broke and for the show. he lived by the sword and died by it. Its all to his credit, true exiting warrior. He was close to being the one pulling out the ko
