Jones could have fought some of these fighters at SMW -

In the 1994 Ring SMW ratings you had Jones with Benn and Eubank
In the 1995 Ring SMW ratings you had Jones with Benn and Collins
In the 1996 Ring SMW ratings you had Jones with Collins

Mayweather schooled the guy who made Tszyu retire. Mayweather schooled the guy that KO'd Margarito. Cotto won a close disputed decision against a guy Mayweather schooled.

The only guy worth his salt on that list is Williams and Pacquiao.

Oh and Mayweather goes undefeated easily against the competition. With maybe the exception of Pacquiao which still may happen.

Mosley that fought Cotto is no different then the one who fought Floyd btw.

Cotto and Margarito were never good. Overrated top rank fighters. Both struggled massively before htey were sold as great fighters.

    :good

    Vernon Forrest.

Had trouble getting fights due to his immense size for welterweight(and his skills, he wasn't Paul Williams out there). Finally got a shot thanks to Shane Mosley's bad management. He was a part of the deepest welterweight crop in recent memory.

Not his fault, but imagine his status if he were able to land a fight with De La Hoya, Tito, prime Quartey(they fought when both were past it), etc. As it stands, beating Mosley twice and completely dominating him once to take his 0 isn't bad.

    RIP

No disrespect meant, but Calzaghe probably never said that. No active boxer ever would make such a statement. The quote is probably nothing but a Internetmyth, started up on YouTube or a similar community when one hater or another wanted to make his argumentation more credible. It is dead easy to make something up and ad a source because very fem people will bother to check it up. You should be a little bit more weary with what you believe in. :nono

calzaghe, it would not hurt for him to stay at LT heavyweight, for more two years of defending it, insteaad of retiring. an after hopkins beat the **** out of pavlik, give him a rematch, now i thought joe won every round but 3 in there fight, but it would not hurt to beat hopkins ass once more. I think dawson would of been a nice W for joe, i think he could done alot of good for his legacy....

an for POPKINS (the poster) saying that about joe. Joe was just talking ****, in reality, he was more mocking jones, who at that time in 1999 was already ducking joe, for better or worse he was telling joe he was not worth the payday.....

The fella in your avatar. God knows what he could have been if he had the dedication of a Pacquiao, and the will to learn like a Khan.

    I'd throw in Calzaghe too.

Mike Tyson could achieve much more if he had the right attitude.

Bowe could achieve more if he had the passion of retaining hes belts
