I have only been a couple of times, but the York Hall is a great bastion of boxing and I loved the place. What memorable fight nights have you attended or heard about that took place in the York Hall?

I don't quite understand. Is it that good? I've got to go down sometime. I'm not too far away from it.

It doesn't appear that great on TV. Just looks like a Regular Hall to me . Maybe I'm missing something? :think

I loved the place - it is on top of the ring and is steeped in history. I wonder is there a good book on boxing at the York Hall?

I saw Johnny Tapia there when Warren got him over for a comeback.

Graham Earl was on the bill too if I remember rightly.

    Lol. Yeah.

Jimmy Lennon Jr was the ring announcer. I was actually just as excited to see him as I was the fight!
