The trademark was first lodged three years ago and there has been work going on behind the scenes since then. Boxing News and Boxing Monthly are officially supporting the Hall as well as the BBBofC and LEBA. Establishing it as an authority was the biggest challenge but that hurdle has now been cleared. Work is underway now on the inaugural induction weekend.
