    yea fair point mate, i'd quite like to attend 1 of these for the weekend. i just think 5 years after you have retired it'll be nice to know how highly your peers think of u. retirement can be a lonely game

    Yep, the acknowledgement must be great but then you got a very fuzzy entry criteria. Must be a pisser for some of the more obscure champs when the popular guys get voted in.

    The trademark was first lodged three years ago and there has been work going on behind the scenes since then. Boxing News and Boxing Monthly are officially supporting the Hall as well as the BBBofC and LEBA. Establishing it as an authority was the biggest challenge but that hurdle has now been cleared. Work is underway now on the inaugural induction weekend.
