I mentioned the legend which is El Terrible on post #29 along with about 7 others. Morales chin was cast iron. :good
Khaosai Galaxy. Bennie Briscoe (tough guy, faced some killers too). Ike Williams-was notoriously tough, even though he was stopped a few times, which can happen when you're in that era and having all those fights.
I feel Morales's chin is overstated somewhat, thought Barrera hurt him, that Jesus Chavez hurt him, and if I recall, im sure Zaragoza hurt him at one point, he did have good recovery powers though, he was also never knocked out so I guess you cant grumble, although would of been interesting to see what would of happened had Hamed been able to hit him as cleanly as some of his opponents did.
Lewis had a great chin. His two losses were due to getting complacent, and they were flush HUGE shots that would have taken any one out. still unconvinced? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIRShCBKwng[/ame]
Chris Eubank took murderous shots from Thompson and Benn. Steve Collins was really tough, he faced some big hitters.
Exactly. The notion of Lewis having a weak chin has always been rather laughable. Those 2 shots would have laid out anyone in history. I'd also like to see anyone stand in and trade with Vitali and eat the bombs he did w/o flinching.
go look at lewis/ruddock.........lewis/'golota........lewis/biggs.......lewis/weaver.........lewis/morrison.....lewis/rahman 2..............then get back to me that lennox lewis has no power...............oh ya look @vitalis face ...it needed plastic surgery probably cause lennox couldnt crack an egg right dumb fuk:nono
The Rahman shot, yeah probably. The McCall shot wasn't that huge. Evander, Vitali, Tua could have taken it.
Question for the Lennox Lewis fanboys: is there any department in boxing that your mancrush isn't the best ever? Can you even admit that he wasn't the GOAT commentator?
