    He fought well, I actually think he could have put Marquez away early but he didn't. Great fight, I am glad I Tivo'd it

    Well put. Diaz just ran into a brilliant boxer...one of the best ever.
     

  10. Yep. That was some fight. That pace was making me wonder if Marquez would have enough in the tank at the end (being so much older). Tremendous finish.

    I like Juan a lot. I think that he is a great lightweight. But I hope he retires soon. Boxing is a gamble. You have to take the chips and leave before things turn on you. His losses are against top fighters, but you have to take the money and run at some point. His style isn't something that will work for much longer.

    JMM what can you say. It is not all about what you do, but how he did it. It was the skill involved. The same way he knocked Casa out. Using brilliant adjustments and ring smarts. He has turned into a knockout artist. What fighter can change his style like that to knocking out top level guys like it aint ****.
