I am not sure if it had been posted before but I just found some interesting statistics about the "great" fight between BH and WR. "A post-fight CompuBox count found 132 combined clinches in the fight. Hopkins initiated 74, Wright 53, with five mutual clinches."
right on, mate. and a foreigner like wladimir is howled down because of 62 clinches, and some of them peter didn't mind because he was so interested in lunging in for a nipple suck! :rofl :thumbsup bias is so funny, and annoying at the same time!
whoa, i just posted that, and it said it was edited by erradict behaviour? has that poster gotten my account or what? yet it is exactly as i wrote it without changes. wtf? :huh
I friend of mine who used to be a big boxing fan saw the replay and said . . "That fight just reminded me of why I hate boxing"
Absolutely. Both are great fighters and will be legends in their own rights, but the match makers for this one should be strung up by their toe nails for hurting the image of both fighters.:fire
I watched it with 12 people and by the end I was the only one left watching. Everyone else went and played beer pong and stated that a "Curling match was more exciting than this fight."
Hopkins is a great fighter and was VERY exciting before he reached his 40's. People that talk **** about how he's the most boring fighter ever have probably only seen his last 5 or so fights. And for being dumb like some said, it's interesting how he's one of the smartest, if not the smartest fighter of this generation.
