    Azuhma Nelson springs to mind for meet. Whether you brawled with him, boxed with him (Whitaker aside), tried to swarm him, or ran from him, he'd get to you eventually.

    Joe Louis actually..he could hurt you bad in close...and also had a great one two at range.

    Nice shout on Kid Choc man. He mixed it up successfully at all ranges with with a wide demographic of styles. Speaking of Cubans, Gavilan and Rodriguez were also excellent inside and out, perhaps more so than Chocolate himself. It's quite someting to see Rodriguez either pogoing around on the outside rapid fire or manhandling some of the world's strongest welters and middles up close rapid fire. Or Gavilan, able to both flurry from range and hang tough at mid to close range with some of the stronger men of his generation.

    It would be easier to name what great fighter were not good at fighting at both ranges.
