Pacquiao-Barrera 1 is a good choice. The only round I gave Barrera was the first, on a missed call. Barrera lost every round from 2 on until he was stopped in the 11th.

Barrera may have not been in his absolute prime, but he was near-prime.

    Good call hh.

Do you think George choaked a bit when he faced Robinson?

There's a great story about Robinson inviting George back to his bar for a drink after their fight. Good stuff.

Really? I think Liston won one round and was otherwise dominated.

No way was Azumah shut out by Whittaker i gave him at least 3 rounds maybe 4. Also Azumah was not in his prime. But you are forgiven for thinking so since he did have some big wins after this.

yes, MAB won every single round of that fight..and if it were anyone else that Hamed had fought instead of Barrera that night he would have probably obliterated him and would have been considered to be prime.

:lol:Why not watch the fight instead of being blinded by the circus clown judge's scorecards? Whitaker dominated that fight. I gave Nelson one round, with the point taken away from Whitaker in another, making the final score 118-109. Arguably the best performance of Pete's career.

Maybe not greats but at least very good fighters who suffered one sided losses (or close to it) at or near their prime-

    Mercer vs. Holmes

    Tarver vs. Hopkins

    Pavlik vs. Hopkins

    Hamed vs. Barrera

    Greats-

    Toney vs. Jones

    Pacquiao vs. Morales

Trinidad vs. DeLaHoya (but the wrong man got the decision)

Ray Mancini vs Jose Luis Ramirez
    Trevor Berbick vs Greg Page.

Morales convincingly won but that fight was very competetive, not one sided at all.
