What are some fighters who were successful, despite having poor footwork?

Bowe's only weakness was footwork in my opinion. Michael Moorer had poor footwork too. A moving heavyweight like a Tokyo Douglas, 80s Tucker, Briggs or Tillman would've beaten Holyfield in my opinion.

    ^ Briggs?

Heavyweights more than other weights have some bad footwork sometimes.

I think Khan has poor footwork. Poor chin too lol but with better footwork he would be really dangerous.

Trinidad got exposed by DLH and Hopkins by tipping off what he would do by setting his feet.

    Another one would be Pacquiao.

I think people confuse textbook footwork with bad footwork. Pacquiao and Pryor's footwork was unorthadox but were super effective

Pacquiao's footwork was effective mostly because it was so unorthodox.

Pryor, Pac, and Roy are the three best examples of unorthadox but highly effective footwork.

Therefore, Tito is in the winner of this thread.

Love him to death but James Toney. The man had concrete feet.

Tito looked like Forrest Gump at times.
