    How about Oscar Bonavena? I did see him throw occasional jabs but it always seemed as though he was doing so under duress, or joking. And he was often hooking with it. Horrible.

    EDIT: Looking at footage of Ali-Bonavena on YouTube, looking at the KO, that Ali! He's basically running after the referee when he should be in a neutral corner, and batting the ref's hand out of the way when he tries to hold him back!

    Not to shabby, maybe a wee bit underated actually. He jabs at Foreman a bit, body and head. So square on you have to ask "why" though. Hooked of it mind.

    Carmen Basilio, Gene Fullmer, Rocky Graziano, Henry Armstrong, Tony DeMarco(Only from the Basilio fights, that I judge from) Battling Nelson, Bat Battalino, and others.

    Oh yeah even though Rocky Marciano used a jab once in a blue moon, I add him to the list.

    roy jones didnt use one in his prime. he only used it as a range finder.


    he uses it now but when he was at his peak he was untouchable and the jab was a way of getting countered so he dropepd it.

    I think the Rock is a good pick here, although he did use a decent jab at times, he simply couldnt use it often because he had such short stubby arms. But he used it against layne right before knocking him out.

    Even though Joe was an absolute terror in the ring, his jabwork was very, very poor. Just look at his fight with Manuel Ramos, for example, where he really fails when he tries to catch a retreating Ramos with straight shots.
