I did a thread maybe in August about how there was only one HW contender fight featuring both HW's in the top 50 of boxrec's rating(Cunningham/Tarver), and how sad it was that the division was so dead in terms of good matchups. Now, we've got 6 fights I can think of off the top of my head: Wlad/Fury, Wilder/Povetkin, Joshua/Breazeale, Parker/Takam, Pulev/Chisora, Chambers/Washington (technically Haye/Grbaja would be in that category as well, but Grbaja is a boxrec inflated non contender). All of them are arguably better than the Cunningham Tarver fight. The division is really looking great now, with a lot of top fights.
Last December was a breakout month for HW boxing Wlad/Fury I Joshua/Whyte Ortiz/Jennings Smooth sailing from here on out.
wlad vs fury - great match up wilderr vs povetkin - great match up joshua vs breazeale- complete nonsense breazeale is useless and got beaten but fred kassi who hughie fury is fighting parker vs takam - great match up pulev vs chisora - great match up chambers vs washington - great match up, but will be terrible to watch haye vs that guy - complete mismatch again by haye, aparently this guy was in the fury camp at one stage and Tyson used to beat him senseless with ease and was laughing at how bad he was, they didnt have him back
