    Hey I wanted to put together a highlight video of five of my favorite fights that didn't win Ring Magazine fight of the year.

    In order to keep the video a reasonable length I had to make some tough omissions. I eventually want to do a part II for fights like Ibeabuchi vs. Tua, Cotto vs. Torres, and Barrera vs. McKinney

    A few I'd add would be:

    1986: Marvin Hagler KO11 John Mugabi

    1955: Rocky Marciano KO9 Archie Moore

    Great call on Pyror vs Arguello 1. That's one of my favorite fights and I'm shocked it wasnt FOTY

    The Ring called it the best fight of the decade later on. I think that was an acknowledgement that it probably shouldn't have missed out in 82. To be fair though, 3 or 4 fights that year could have been given FOTY and it wouldn't have been wrong.
