This is by far the best boxing interview I've heard from one of the best trainers of the sport. [YT]nDxyzgcycaY[/YT] starts from 33:43. There were a lot of dumb questions in this call, and tbv gets kind of a jerry springer/maury type reputation but this was a great call. Here are a few topics they talked about. -Hopkins, and their strategy to beat him. -Kovalev's natural raw power, and how very few fighters snap their right hand. Golovkin and Kovalev are obviously 2 guys who do it exceptionally well. -Kovalev dealing with distractions being back at home. -Kovalev not listening to John David Jackson for this fight and acknowledging it. -Andre Ward Nes tried to lure John David Jackson into doing a trainers corner thing once a week since he seemed to enjoy this interview so much. That would be absolute gold for me, doubt it happens though.
