stupid statement, both fughters are very, very good but totally uncomparable.

Naz hit harder in a 'p4p sense' IMO, clearly. Probably the hardest hitting FW ever, though a case can be made for Little Red Lopez and Arguello.

He probably just wrote it to **** of threadstarter. Marions "feelings" for Kessler is well known on esb;) Why else compare with Kessler

He could have gone on to be the greatest FW ever. To this day I still believe an focused Naseem Hamed would have surpassed Barrera, Morales and JMM. It's such a shame he never showed the dedication that you see in the likes of Pacquiao. He was a monster, and had all the God given talent to take over the world.

If he'd beaten Barrera he may have lost to Floyd at the proposed 128 catchweight. I think a focused Naz beats Morales and Barrera, but at the same time the gameplan Barrera executed in their fight is exactly the kind of gameplan you'd need to beat 'Prime' Naz.

Therefore I think Barrera and Marquez still would've beaten him. Morales was always up for a scrap; I think Hamed would've beaten him.

Its always frustrating to think how close Naseem could have been to HOF.

Floyd - Naz would have been some contest. The pre-fight build up would've been worth the money alone!

hamed got analy raped by the ringpost and barrera, so much it must hurt you marianne:yep

hamed couldnt even, "with his atg talent", do what junior jones did:lol:

as said, hamed is just below the likes if the mighty kessler and co.

Prince Naseem Hamed - genius in the boxing ring.
Naseem Hamed - wan*ker away from the boxing ring.

This is the reason he did'nt go on to become an ATG in my opinion. Money and fame took over his life and then when Barrera beat him, he was embarrassed and his desire for boxing was gone.

We'll never see another fighter like him, thats for sure.

The most frustrating thing are the potential fights Naz and the boxing world missed out on.

Floyd Mayweather Jnr v Prince Naseem Hamed would have been a truly great fight at that time.

Well, natural in the sense that he naturally copied Herol Grahame's style and added with whatever he himself had.
