Ippy, you really have to take a good look into the story of Rocchigiani. The true colours of the WBC became clear during this episode. The ****s event threatened to basically bankrupt themselves, before reaching a final agreement in the compensation claim. You'll love the story no doubt. Basically, Don KIng can be thanked for the pitiful manner in which they have operated over the last 25 years.

Maybe more so then the rest. How the **** are fighters meant to unify the titles if one of the main bodies won't play ball with any of them? I guess that never really entered their head because they aren't in the business for the good of the sport and having one champion in each weight division is none of their concern which pisses me off. Boxing has to be the only sport where the bodies that govern it don't give a **** about the sport and are only interested in their bank balance no matter what the cost to the sport.
