The only "timing" that comes into play is the pipe dreams Floyd detractors pray for. As in, YEA, Oscar can do it!!! This "TIME" Floyd will get KO'd. Or YEA, Hatton can do it!! This "TIME" Floyd will get KO'd. Doesn't matter why Mayweather generates the most PPV buys....all that matters is that he does.

DLH/PAC was viewed as a mistmatch....there was an outcry from most of the boxing community that cast DLH in a very negitive light. DLH vs Floyd was more of a toss up. EVERYONE felt DLH was going to destroy PAC....myself included.

YES! But we also had PAC...who was "THE MAN" who took over Floyds slot when he retired, fighting a guy in JMM who was coming off of some very good wins himself who was the man who gave Manny his toughest test. This fight was a complete mis-match but it had an extra long promotion and it had a great story behind it to set up the fight between the TWO P4P kinds...present and 1 yr removed.

PAC is still gaining in popularity which is scary if you think about it. FLoyd's popularity has leveled off or decreased a little.....after the Shane fight, should he win he'll gains some more popularity which will set up PAC/May next year...MAYBE.

Glad you are so excited. breathe easy.....:smoke So if PAC/Floyd does better numbers than FLoyd/DLH then its clear as day that PAC is a bigger draw than DLH or Floyd.....right...that's your logic:D

    May/Pac = best numbers
    May/DLH = 2nd best numbers
    Pac/DLH = 3rd best numbers

    Simple math.

I think its funny that Floyd fans are convinced Floyd will beat Mosely easily and yet at the same time somehow want us all to bow down to that ignorant hood rat for beating a 38 year old fighter who has been on the slide for years and is coming off over a year long layoff in fight which he expected to lose (illustrated by the fact that everyone is talking about Floyd-Pac as a certainty). Isnt that timing? Isnt it timing that Floyd chose not to fight Mosely in 1999 and yet finds himself in the ring with him ELEVEN YEARS LATER after Mosely has suffered five losses, one no contest, and several less than stellar performances. Hes also been a proven steroid cheat who will now be subjected to the most strenuous testing any pro fighter has ever been subjected to (so he wont have his chemical edge), hes looking bad in sparring (by most accounts) and slurring his words. All hail Floyd when he suddenly wins...

But that doesn't neccessarily mean that Floyd is a bigger draw than DLH....nor does it prove that at the moment Floyd is a bigger draw than Manny considering Manny's popularity is still increasing where Floyd's at the moment has leveled off. After Shane his stock again will peak as Manny did with a lesser opponent in Josh.

You know how these bitches are on ESB. They never want to give credit where credit is due. Mayweather produces the biggest fights in boxing, period. The only reason Pacquiao is doing the numbers he's doing is because he's being associated with Mayweather. Watch how fast his stock drops after Mayweather beats him.
