    Buster looks nice. He could have been a contender if he got down to a more serviceable weight.

    Got down to 240 against Frazier and even lower with Chuvalo. I wanna say Bus was 231 but don't quote me.

    In the amateur fight Mathis's movement and coordination were impressive. I always figured he had pittpatted Joe but honestly Frazier was scoring just as much coming forward.
    Amateur boxing is just backwards.

    It's some great stuff, only goes up to his life in the 90s though. Revealed details like how Joe wanted to fight Ali in 67/68 but Yank was against it or how there was a rematch clause against Foreman that never fell through. Goes into depth on almost every fighter he faced, enjoyed the Bonavena part (there's a quote from Bonavena along the lines of ''Where's that ***** Frazier?''). Also hilariously has an entire chapter about Ali (other fighters only got paragraphs or several pages at most) and defeating him in FOTC.
