Slickster, thanks for saving me from having to say all of that. Some people sure lack basic reading comprehension and common sense.
Definitely a useful and insightful breakdown explained simply. Some great points in that vid. Wonder if they'll make one for the 4th.
I think it illustrates the biggest issue why JMM could not get a decision, he does so many subtle little things but Pac throws so many punches that either land air or get parried but he still gets points for them. Its what people have pointed out often... when it comes to the SCORING criteria in boxing. - Effective aggression - Clean punching - Ring generalship - Defense. JMM dominated.... but some judges (corrupt or not) and the public that do not know what to look for get duped by the high speed volume of punches. Pac has ineffective aggression going for him. Sure Pac has successes vs JMM, he is a ATG for crying out loud, but if you watch closely JMM is almost always in control. He controls the range, the pace, the output. Round wise the best Pac has ever done was the 4th fight and that was only because JMM said **** it im not going to win unless i knock him the **** out. People don't know what to look for and that's why judges often get away robbing fighters. Also imho the only fight i would not argue either way was the 1st... i could see a draw or JMM winning but i wont argue with Pac winning a close one. 2nd was JMM close but clear, third i question someones intelligence or eyesight if they score it for Pac.
Did I even say it was about Fraud?? No I used him as an example of another fighter like JMM who is a great technician. You are right the guy put it well better than I could of, but that could be down to the fact that I am dyslexic and find it hard to put it down in writting.
