Greater fight commentator: Roy Jones, Lennox Lewis, or Antonio Tarver

I like Tarver the most out of those 3.

 

I like them all equally. They both provide a lot of insight into the game. There are things that they say that I never thought of while watching the fight. Even the journalists beside them who were not previous boxers do not have that insight.

 

I prefer RJJ and Tarver.

Tarver is damn good. Roy is ok, kinda self promoting at times though. Lewis is terrible imo. He says the same lines ovah and ovah again. He makes Lampley not seem so annoying. I would say the best fighters I heard are Tarver and Briggs, Briggs does well on FNF as a guest announcer. He's a very personable guy.

I liked Forman..Merchant and forman together was fun..I think RJJ sucked Tarver less so. LL will be good one day..He's gotta grow into it...Manny is the best replacment 4 big George.

 

George Foreman and Manny Steward are the best I've ever seen so that's where the thread ends for me.

 

Roy Jones ..Tarver is coming into his own Im liking him more behind the mic ..Lennox is by far the worst too Robotic ..

 

i voted Tarver because of the Carl Froch 'Crotch' call haha

 

Roy Jones for me.... Tarver is creeping up though, he is darn good.

 

Foreman's one of the most embarassing commentators of all time.
