Greater fight commentator: Roy Jones, Lennox Lewis, or Antonio Tarver

I like hearing the true opinion of fighters and would never denigrate these guys as fighters or as people, but Damn, All three of these guys are terrible. Tarver acts like if he voices an opinion his bosses disagree with he is going to be fired from the last job on the planet he is qualified for. Lennox is the only person in television that acts more senile than Larry Merchant. And Roy was more worried about arguing about petty **** rather than call out the rest of the HBO staff as tools. I'd say HBO is worse off without Roy so I'd go that way.

 

Jones although Tarver has been impressing me recently. Lennox Lewis on the otherhand is possibly worse then Foreman was. I feel like he would actually do better reading a script instead of studdering and fumbling over words.

 

Roy and Tarver are both really good, and always have very unique insights about how a fight is going. Roy can predict whats going to happen and it usually comes true during his commentary which is very impressive. Briggs is also very good, I almost forgot. He did a great job on the august 28th card with my friend jason lehoulloier and harry joe yorgey

 

I have been impressed with Tarver during the Super 6 thus far ..

 

Went with Tarver, I was surprised with how well he did commentating for the Super 6

 

Y'all know about my dislike of the Redcoats but I must say Lennox is the most educated and unbiased of the 3 and I prefer him as a commentator.

Tarver's obsession with the Slowbra's crotch, makes him the best commentator. :rofl

 

Are you referring to Big George Foreman or has Yuri Foreman made some cameo apperances that I'm not aware of...

George Foreman was a shameless salesperson but a GREAT boxing analyst/commentator.
