Yea RJJ did beat hopkins and toney, but as I said he was caught cheating and then got knocked out a few times while he wasn’t that old , I understand that he was prob past his best, but so was GGG against Clen , GGG was old and you know he def won the first fight. Most brothers will tell you that too.
Also I am not talking about jones loses against calzaghe , green , lebedev because he was shot at that age.
I underrate Jones as many fans of his underrate GGG and you are obviously one of them. I was obviously not all serious here and if you are serious about everything you said about GGG , means you can’t be objective at all.

 

Pimp knows GGG would've shattered Jones' glass, knocked Floyd's head into row 72, and had Marvin roll around the canvas wailing in agony clutching his broken ribs. Of course he hates the guy!

I actually respect RJJ more than Floyd, as Floyd is a complete fraud to me. He is a coward, he never stepped out of his comfort zone, he told Connor he will fight him in octagon, but he is a pus , so he never kept his word. I can just imagine him trying to fight Connor in a real fight lol. He would get KTFO in round one . And regarding GGG . Despite being past prime he did beat juiced up Clen twice . GGG never lost and was never down , that’s impressive .

I hope he retires , but I am sure he will fight again lol. He is a very nice shy dude , met him a few times, but not sure what happened to him , he became greedy.

 

He's probably really really bitter and disillusioned after how the sport has treated him. He was the perfect gent - very respectful humble and polite. He never trashed anyone, never cheated in his career, wanted to face the best all the time - everything you want from a boxer. Then he sees guys who duck, cherry pick, talk ****, roid themselves senseless get all the success and limelight

He sees cowards like Mayweather and roid cheats like Clenelo making fortunes while he does it all the right way and gets peanuts. He puts his life on the line against roided hulk brickfists, who when caught gets a slap on the wrist, then is allowed to roid even more for the rematch. It's enough to drive anyone mental

I'm with you i wish he would retire, he's better than these manufactured POSs will ever be, and far too good for this corrupt sport

 

I would imagine that he's been very frustrated for large parts of his career.

I often criticise his ranking due to his resume. But like I said to Scar, you cannot criticise him personally.

He fought who he could.

He's also the perfect size for a MW.

He's never had the dimensions to move up to other divisions.

I don't think that he could gain weight and be successful like guys like Canelo have done.

As far as why would they fight him, it was clearly referring to names like Martinez, Cotto and Alvarez. Cotto and Martinez weren't looking to give a barking begging nobody with zero notable wins a free payday.

You need to watch more highlights of Golovkin devouring bums. Perhaps that will stabilize you enough to forget your enter button for 2 seconds and at least try to make your post look normal.

No , canelo was young and not juiced up when he fought Floyd, so I don’t think it’s insulting. GGG never lost.

 

GGG beat Clenelo 8-4

That's a better win than any on Calzaghe's resume.

Cal's wins against Kessler, Hopkins and the best version of Lacy (for what that's worth) are quality. I was too young to have witnessed that Eubank fight and have never gone back to view it, but I think it's clear Eubank was shot (even at 31) and lost his next two fights before retiring.
