Who would you say is the greater fighter in terms of resume and achievements? Galaxy had 19 title defenses and was basically undefeated while SSR had a brief prime/reign and beat better quality fighters (Chocolatito x2, Gallo).

Man what an interesting question. Of course KG had all those title defenses but Sri beat Choc who is probably better then anyone KG fought.

It depends how you like to rate your fighters. I will say Khaosai had

And if Khaosai didn't retire after this fight, he will fight Katsuya Onizuka just after, it would have been a great fight.

For me Khaosai Galaxy no doubt is really the best. Maybe the #3 or #4 I will say best thai boxer in the history. And for a lot of peoples he is considered like the best even in Thailand.

Wangek's style has aged very badly. If the fight against Daigo Higa becomes official, Wangek "Srikaset Sor Rungvisai" won't last more than 6 rounds.

Wangek still has the merit of being the second or third best Thai boxer in all categories (actually after Niyomtrong and Tasana Salapat I will say). But Khaosai has made his mark in a much more difficult era of boxing.

Wangek's advantage is that he has taken more risks in his career than Khaosai, who often changed stadiums at the last minute and brought his opponents to the stadium in poor conditions, with no air conditioning, etc...
