Bear in mind VITLAY has been listed as 6'8 or even 6'9 in certain circles (circle jerks more like) I'd suggest his height has been exagerrated somewhat - he's more like 6'6 if Lewis is 6'5.

I was actually waiting for this to be brought up....it's easy to say Bowe didn't fight well in those two fights, and he didn't there's no doubt about that but the wins were legitimate because Golota repeatedly fouled. If Golota was so damn good he wouldn't have felt the need to foul, simple.

It's ridiculous how those two fights are talked about as if Bowe lost them.

Agreed, that was what I was essentially referring to.

dont forget bowe was a very dirty fighter himself and he did quite a bit of fouling himself against golota. this is the same guy who sucker punched donald at a press conference :rofl

point is, anytime golota lets his hands go, he connected and brutalized Bowe. same with holyfield. when his opponents threw, they scored

I remember this image of Bowe laying on the canvas after the second fight after golota got DQed. he looked like a dying man. that wasn't fromthe shots to his balls but due to the cumulative punishment over those two fights.

when u hear him talk now, he sounds like he has brain damage and that's not from low blows either. he used his face as defense and that's part of the reason his career was so brief. he was a brilliant offensive fighter but his defensive limitations and poor training habits handicapped his career

Tough call. Bowe's win over Holyfield was big but Klitschko's reign is longer.

I was under the impression that it isn't too hard to measure people. I don't think that people keep getting it wrong. Wladimir is taller than Lewis, and Vitali is taller than Wlad.

Here is Vitali standing next to the 6'6" McCline.

Good idea Widdow. Yes, Vitali is over 6 feet 8 inches tall and Vlad is a little over 6 feet 7 inches tall. Check them out whenever they are close to the 6 foot six inch McCline, Jefferson, Austin, etc. One picture is worth a thousand words.

Thank you Widdow for showing the truth.

Do you remember when HBO showed Vlad vs. Bostice at MSG? HBO said that Vlad was only 6 feet 5 inches tall. When Vlad stood face to face with David Bostice Lampley said that Vlad looked to be, at least, a couple of inches or so taller than Bostice. USTV always tried to put the Klitschkos down, even by claiming that they are short! LOL! Again, one picture is worth a thousand words.

Farmboxer here is Lewis (billed as 6'4 3/4" in the olympics and early in his career, later 6'5") - looking about an inch or so shorter than the supposed 6- 8 Vitali. I'm not seeing a 3 - 4" diff. Of course one pic doesnt prove anything; one might be wearing boots and one sandals, one might have better posture etc. Don't you think Lewis looks like a much 'bigger' man though? Bigger overall frame size, forearms, fists etc?

In fact, I'm convinced a lot of fighters listed stats are quite inaccurate. For example. Paul Williams is supposed to be 6- 1 yet looked about a yard taller than the 6' Margarito. Ibragimov was supposed to be 6- 2, looked about 5- 11. Pavlik is mentioned as anywhere from 6- 1 to 6- 3. Id like to see fighters height measured officially as well as their weight :good

Big Daddy Bowe... His ko power is one among the most feared in his prime.

And take into consideration how vastly unskilled and plodding they are.
