Greater Fighter?

Dlh or hopkins ?
I know the answer but just out of curiosity

 

I find it hard to see how people class someone with a mediocre resume at mw barring 2 great fighters from lower divisions,who didnt do zip at mw,then got beat twice by none other than jermain taylor.so fled the division,and beat no one near hof or even elite today and rank him above a fighter like dlh who won what ? Was it 6 divisional titles.
Fought murderous fighters at that,trinidad quartey mosley x2,always pushed himself win or lose,cant remember any duck throughout,its not close in my eyes

 

Who would you say are hopkins top 5 wins,and who would u say dlh best 5 ?

 

It cant be in my eyes.
U got one fighter who fought his whole prime crying out for recognition to no availl.
He beats oscar who was clearly no mw and was soundly beaten and gifted a win vs sturm,and trinidad whos best win north of ww was joppy.
Dlh fought absolutely every name thru multiple divisions beat some greats and lost to some others but was never made a fool of.
Hopkins fails twice vs taylor,beats a pissed up pavlik,a never great tarver and a couple of easilly mugged fighters then because of his age is superman.
If he was so great why not do it in his prime,chase jones for revenge,toney,calzaghe etc.it wasnt greatness that forced him up in weight it was defeat

 

In context,dlh was in his what 4th/5th weight class stepping up vs trinidad,many had oscar winning and at the timr trinidad was 35/36-0 with huge ko ratio.
Hopkins was a life long mw fighting someone who lost as many as he won at mw with 1 prior fight vs joppy.
He fought winky at wot weight ? Winky had saddle bags.tarver ?? Pavlik ??
Smoke and mirrors.
Oscar should get more recognition for some of the fights he lost in the manner he did.
And why should age come into it ?

I just say what i see.
He lost to roy,he didnt fight one other fighter of note at mw,who ever went on to prove they were a decent middleweight.
He skipped calzaghe in his prime,then when taylor beat him twice.he beat a semi retired tarver and was made god like,he beat a pavlik,who was always limited,and full of demons.
He beat pascall ???
Im not going to say he didnt do well to beat them nor are they not wins worthy of note,but im not gonna look at it and say the 10 years he was top of the tree at mw and was litterally called out by everyone as being top of a puss poor division and say hes great because once he got beat he moved up and beat mediocre champions
