Since these divisions officially began, which one of these 3 divisions have had the most depth in terms of quality fighters: Cruiserweight, Super middleweight or Junior middleweight?

154 and 200 certainly had some decade past. Last decade was superb for both of those divisions.

Hearns v Benitez was the highest quality fight ever to occur in one of these divisions but neither fighter stayed long neither did Duran or Leonard who were both impressive in their winning efforts at that weight again out-doing most fighters at 168 or cruiser, McCallum beat Jackson which was a hell of a scalp, Jackson was more deadly P4P than anyone at 168 or cruiser, Norris was better P4P than any fighters at 168 or cruiser, so yes I`d give it to 154 for these reasons, more history, Mugabi was very good too.

168 did have Ward, peak RJJ, Toney, Calzaghe, Benn, McClellan and now Canelo. That's pretty deep.

Ever is 168, recently it's been one of the worst in boxing.
