Whose legacy is greater at this moment. Ward after the second Kovalev fight as he just retired today. or GGG today, a week after the Canelo fight.

Why does a middleweight get so much love for destroying a welter who hadn't really fought anyone himself. **** is crazy. Shits gotta stop

you guys sure overrated Ward. I think his legacy is rather limited. For an ATG he came out short.

If GGG beats Saunders and the wins in the rematch with Canelo... his legacy will be sealed... he would have been more popular, made more money, unified all belts, and beaten Hopkins record. I think at that point they would be even or GGG a tad higher on the scale.

With guys like Zeale or Macklin or some of these other guys I am not sure we can say he really beat Hopkins record, which was much deeper.

Ward lost his last 2 fights. And now networks dont want him anymore because he cant attract any fans. What legacy? he doesnt have one.

    obviously ward.

Its unfair to compare a non-retired fighter. And I suspect strongly that Ward is coming back.

Lol.. Ward proved beyond doubt he's the man at 168 during his time. Dominating at one weight class counts a lot in my book. The same can be said for Golovkin. But Ward managed to achieve a bit more at 175. So ward for me now. Let see if GGG can improve next year.

Golovkin by far. Golovkin actually earned his titles and is, by far, the bigger draw. Fans want to see him fight, they don't want to see SOB cheat. SOB lost his last two fights............................SOB is pure fecal matter, nothing else. He is a liar and a cheat!
