Sugar Ray Robinson was undefeated in a couple of hundred fights if i remember correctly. Kosta Tszyu was also amazing, 400 wins 11 losses something like that. Watching him out-box and out-class the much bigger Vernon Forrest is one of my favourite amateur fights.
