greatest asian fighter before pacquiao?

    There are several asians in the Hall - Fighting Harada, Khaosai Galaxy, Pancho Villa, Cenefrio Garcia, Flash Elorde, Jung Koo Chang. Also notable but not in for whatever reason was Pone Kingpetch, Myung Yoo Yuh, Masao Ohba (sort of Japan's equivalent of Sal Sanchez) and Hiroyuki Ebihara. Of those, Harada was probably the best. My personal take is that Kingpetch (3x flyweight champ, 1-1 vs Harada, 2-0 vs Pascual Perez and 1-1 vs Ebihara) was the second best, but I know many would disagree.

    Harada and Chang. I don't think Pacquiao was more talented than either, but he's accomplished enough to be ranked ahead of them by now.

    Harada and Chang were both extremely talented boxers and deserve mentioning alongside the greats of the sport IMO
