Anyone can match Fitzsimmons here ? Is Fitz the BALD GOAT without any controversy ?

ps - guys that shave their head are not bald, they´ve chosen to shave their hair in order to look fashionable.

I'm not sure who was bald, who was shaved and who was shaved because they were balding.

This man was definitely not the greatest bald boxer but I am throwing out the name Ray "Windmill" White because he brings back great memories of my youth and he was a hoot to watch.

Not part of the bald community, he shaved his head.

    Jack Johnson?

Surely most who did shave their heads and stayed bald were likely balding anyway.

Evander was losing his hair and eventually preempted the totally bald look.

It also removed any potential cushion for his “happenstance” head butts. :D

It's funny to think that despite the fact that his hairline was receding, he still had a better looking face than most people in the world. It's about the picture, not the frame.

I would have to say Lloyd Masters. Consider the résumé…

    -56-2-0 (31 KO’s)

-Linear Light, Welter & Middleweight champion. Twice champ at 160, retired regaining the belt in his last fight. Nineteen title defenses in all.

-Cleaned out Lightweight (nine defenses) & only moved up for new challenges. Ditto, his move to Middle (six Welter defenses).

-Only two defeats, one in his first year as pro, the other an all-time classic in his penultimate career fight.

-At 33 & in the twilight of his glittering 15-year career, fights an amazing, sprawling fight with young contender, 24-year-old hammer-fisted Michael Holt. Outboxes the bigger & stronger Holt repeatedly, but is floored in rounds three, seven & nine. Going into the final round, is even on the cards but gets counted out. Made a 3-1 underdog for the return fight & begged to retire by his wife, the old master puts on a clinic in the rematch, splitting Holt’s eye with his laser jab in round two & forcing a cut stoppage in the fifth, having won every second of the fight before waltzing off into the sunset.

Floyd had hair then went bald then had a hair transplant. Where does that put him? I think Floyd is my pick btw. Hopkins deserves a mention, as does McCallum though.
