    Ali was more or less a shot fighter after Manila, with age and the beatings catching up to him, winning three controversial decisions and then splitting a pair of fights to a guy with 7 pro fights.

    Duran and Monzon dominated their divisions and were in their primes for the 70s.

    Being the big name in the sport is less important in this type of comparison than ring dominance.
