Guzman vs Soto. Guzman schooling a fighter Pacquiao, Morales, Barrera, Marquez, even Floyd were ducking.

If I had to narrow it down to one, which is almost impossible, I would go with Castillo-Corrales I. 9 rounds of relentless in-fighting with both guys landing huge shots, several swings in momentum and then round 10. That round puts it over the top.

I don't know how many times I've seen it but I still get goosebumps and jump out of my seat. Every time.

Great fight. One would think though that the greatest fight ever would involve 2 ATG fighters

Not necessarily. A style match-up is more important for me.

Monshipour-Sithchatchawal and Gatti-Ward I would receive their share of votes as greatest fight ever and there isn't one great fighter among the 4.

I can understand someone placing a classic fight on a higher plateau when it includes to great fighters (Barrera-Morales I, which is probably my second-favourite fight ever) but you don't need great fighters to have a great fight; just two evenly matched opponents whose styles mesh well.

    Gatti-Ward 1.

It's a cliche, but it really is the best fight ever.

That's one of my favorites, but Gatti-Ward 1 has a knockdown that adds so much drama. Gatti has a look of pain like he can't possibly get up, but he does.

I like Leonard-Hearns 1. The ebs and flows of the fight, the amazing speed and skills on display, the finishing KO, and everything that was on the line between two champioms makes it a great great fight.

That's a question that has no definitive answer.
