First let me thank the guys who contributed to my previous thread "Greatest round ever". It gave me a lot of good stuff to watch on a rainy day. In this thread I would like to ask for your opinions on the greatest comeback in a fight ever. My obvious choice would be Corrales v. Castillo 1, but with the exception of that memorable fight which fight would you guys recommend as having shown a great come from behind win. If you can post a link for the video that would be great, but if not the fighters names with a brief description of the action would be nice. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
Danny Williams v Mark Potter http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=QY1jzjTjIhY Danny Williams did a great job considering
I figure tons of peple will list the usual but I'll mention one that goes by the wayside in MAB-JMM. In round 5 (ish?), JMM unleashes a vicious counter that has MAB backing into the ropes and taking all kinds of shots. There's a feeling that a KD may be on its way when MAB rallies back and puts JMM down on the canvas (for what should've been a KD). Not the greatest comeback ever but I figure everyone else will list the usual.
MAN! I've dislocated my shoulder a few times, and it is without question the most painful thing I've ever experienced. It's like having someone stick a knife in your shoulder and then turn it around, your shoulder bone rubs up against the top of your ribcage, it it ****ing agony, how Danny Williams carried on is beyond me, that is REAL heart. Respect to him.
