I like Haye, but Holyfield is for me the clear greatest ever at Cruiser. There's no comparison.

Holyfield would have cracked Haye's chin to bits.
I like & follow DH, But Evander was special.

To think 20 people voted for Haye. He must have his parents, siblings, and cousins on this site.

Holyfield... and then a whole lotta nothing!

And for Haye, he's not even in the cruiserweight top 10 imo.
He had only 3 or 4 World Title fights at the weight and even lost one of them. There are many more boxers with a bigger resume at that weight.

P.S. I read somewhere he ducked 'vicious' Glen McGrory, I guess the guy was joking :D

You are another moronic Haye fan?

What a pathetic thread. This two dont even match together,it just sad that you Haye fans are forcing your stupid ideas here on ESB

David Haye is good and can be great but its hard to compare him to Holyfield even considering only CW

But i remember threads when you Haye fans tried to compare Haye to Ali and it looked the same.Pathetic

    You are deteched from reality

Have no personal list of them, but I can name a few out the top of my head for you who done more at CW.

Holy at 1 of course, and in no particular order.

    Carlos de Leon
    Dwight M Qawi
    Johnny Nelson (british guy btw)
    Virgil Hill
    Michael Spinks
    Tiozzo

And of couse there are a few more who I can't think of right now... that cuban guy for instance....

Always puzzles me when people say they 'have no personal list' but can categorically state that someone isn't in the list that they don't have.

    :rofl

Oh, you're serious? Go on, tell us all about Nelson's cruiserweight achievements (apart from boring me silly on numerous occasions).

Why not? I know Virgil did a lot more at LHW but I recall he's 3 time champion at CW also.
And Tiozzo is no favorite of mine, but has had more succesfull CW title fights then Haye...

Of course if it's obvious the guy didn't do this much on CW it's not hard to figure out there are at least 10 more guys who have a better resume at that weight... Is it really so hard to imagine that a guy who had 3 title fights at the weight and lost one isn't in the top 10, even if it were unified titles.

Yes, that's the case... Numerous occasions... a lot of won tiltle fights at the weight. It's not because he's boring or something, he's achieved a lot more.
