What fights showed the greatest displays of a guy having a granite chin? Meaning fights where guys took all kinds of punishment, but battled through it?

    For me:

Ali vs Foreman - Ali took huge bombs for 8 rounds, laying on the ropes, taking all Foreman had to offer. I can't think of too many guys who could take that kind of punishment in history.

Margarito vs Cotto - Yeah I'm sure people will ***** about plaster, bottom line Margarito took insane bombs for 11 rounds

Hagler vs Mugabi - Mugabi was a fearsome puncher, 26-0 26 KO before this fight, Hagler absolutely derailed his career in this fight. Hagler was on the decline, so his defense wasn't as good, he ate a ton of horrendous power shots, but never seem phased. There was a vicious uppercut he took that knocked his head clean back, he still didn't take a backwards step

Hagler vs Hearns - Short fight, but Hagler took the best one of the hardest P4P punchers in history had to offer, and kept coming

Aaron Pryor vs Arguello 1 - Arguello landed some hellacious shos, Pryor never stopped coming though.

Adamek has a granite chin. For some reason people on ESB hate on him hard. But you need a gun to put that guy down.

Vitali-Lewis. No matter what you have to say about that fight, Vitali took murderous punches from one of the hardest hitters the division has seen (and that says quite a bit for the HW division).

Hagler always stood out for me. And it was not because his defense was so great. Two fights in a row he took Hearns and Mugabi's beat punches and didn't get knocked down. Hearns rocked him and wobbled him but he stayed up and Mugabi landed clean with uppercuts and left hooks and nothing happened.

For recent examples, Wach-Wlad comes to mind. Also, Ouma-Golovkin and Olusegun-Matthysse.

Hagler RUINED Mugabi. He completely destroyed his confidence, you could literally see Mugabi wanted the **** out of there after he hit him with everything and it did nothing. Mugabi was never the same after that fight...
