Based Purely on Legacy that will last 100 years or more into the future.

    Heavyweight: Joe Louis

Light Heavyweight: Ezzard Charles (Very tough Call with Tunney, Langford, Fitzsimmons and even Spinks as legitimate calls as well as many others)

Middleweight: Bob Fitzsimmons (His credentials are simply unmatched at the weight, imo)

    Welterweight: Ray Robinson

    Lightweight: Benny Leonard

    Featherweight: Willie Pep

Bantamweight: Panama Al Brown (I will give it to the longevity of Brown, but the Flash of McGovern and undefeated streak of Jimmy Barry could easily change the tune.

flyweight: Jimmy Wilde (i Know the arguments about quality of opponents, but his legacy seems to be comfortably the best flyweight).

Mayweather won the ring lightweight title from jose luis Castillo and floyd is by far the best lightweight boxer in history.
