    Vargas-Miura deserves mention.

Lamon Brewster v Liakovich was also outstanding.

It depends what your looking for. If we're talking about high level offensive puchers going toe to toe then its Mab- EM or Corrales- Castillo.

On the other hand, JMM-Pac IV is possibly the most satisfying to watch on many levels. I would rate it amongst fights like Duran-Leonard, Hagler-Hearns, Leonard-Hearns.. Two living legends fighting with the intention to win by KO and KO only. It was a tremendously high action fight with lots of back and forth drama that ended in a KO at the highest level. That's not even factoring the history between them and the sweet emotional redemption that came in rounds 6 that even Jim Lampley was overcome with emotion.

    Trinidad-Vargas.

    Best fight I've ever watched.

I can see why if your PR. Definitely a great fight with two proven warriors in their primes, one freshly into his prime the other had already peaked for some time.

Doesn't really have anything to do with race although Trinidad is my favorite fighter in the modern era next to Roy Jones Jr.

It was just a manly ass fight, took machismo to the extreme. Couple dick shots from both parties, extreme grit, skill and desperation, it all came down to who wanted it more. Vasquez/Marquez and Morales/Barrera were better fights overall, but these were midgets fighting. There's just something about midgets fighting that doesn't excite me as much as normal sized men duking it out.

That was Tito's greatest performance for sure. A great fight between two prime boxer punchers who lean on the puncher side.

Toney vs Jirov and I have zero doubt about it. Jirov made for a beautiful canvas on which James Toney painted the finest picture of technical infighting skill I've ever seen. I watched how great a fighter becomes when pushed by a hard working good one.
