Nobody had more talent than RJJ.

P4P, none of these guys in their prime woulda beaten RJJ in his prime. He was the 1st MW to win a HW tilte in over 100 yrs for cryin out loud. Regardless of his opponent, whom he wobbled.

Roy went years without losing a round, maybe against lesser talent, maybe not. The LHW division is suddenly brimming with talent, coincidentally at the very same time Roy's skills began to diminish.

Roy's run to HW champ is so underrated its not even funny. I have a feeling Bhop is gonna try to repeat this accomplishment. Until he succeeds at this, and considering he lost to Roy in their "prime", Roy has to be ranked higher on any all time list.

Manny's run is more remarkable, so i have it

1) Manny
2) Roy
3) Bhop
4) Money

However if Manny and Floyd ever fight, Im bettin on Money to win but that wouldnt change this list, unless the Floyd went on to defeat Martinez, then he'd have to be moved up.

I think there are a few ERAS in boxing that will never be matched. I think they come in every 30 to 40 yrs where there are such great talents and competition that it rises EVERYONE's level.

When Robinsion was around he had greats like Lamatto, Armstrong, Greb..ect. We had the era with Ali, Frazier and Forman....we had the era with the Fab 4 with Leonard, Duran, Hagler and Hearns.

We haven't seen an era like that in a while......we've had some great INDIVIDUAL talents that dominate a weight class like the prime Roy Jones Jr.....Floyd Mayweather or Mike Tyson.

But PAC has done the best he could in this era and made the most of it. Had he had other greats to fight....like a Floyd Mayweather and had DLH and Shane been younger, we may have had another "golden era" of boxing where the talent levels would have brought out greater performances and more memorable fights.

Robinson's wins over Gavilan get slept on because of no footage. It takes a great fighter like Gavilan to take bombs from a prime SRR and not go down, incredible. It's still incredible to go to war with a prime Robinson and have your moments and go the distance twice.

Yeah an era like the Fab 4 hasn't been around but the closest four their has been of the top of my mind is Morales/Pacquiao/Barrera/JMM with mostly great fights between them all except JMM/Morales. Pacquiao is also the most dominant now along with the Klitschkos but the Klits lack the competition to truly test themselves like Pacquiao has which is not their faults.

Pacquiao is great and we should appreciate him while he's still around. It's easy to not think too highly of what he's done but to be a flyweight then moving up in weight classes to eventually knocking down the strong WWs in Mosley and Cotto(now in 154) and dominating them is impressive. A true ATG.

Thanks. I love him as a fighter as I do many guys so I try to learn as much as I can about them as boxers.
