Harry Greb. Literally a top 2 P4P fighter was known for not hitting hard.

Almost all punches hurt, that's why fighters don't just walk through the punches of supposedly light hitters. According to people who don't get hit, Jimmy Young and Chris Bryd didn't hit hard, but their opponents didn't disregard their punches and just walk forward with no defense. They got the respect of their opponents. If a small child smacks you, you feel it. A man with gauze and tape to protect his hands, and thin padded gloves is going to hurt when he punches. The hand wrapping is there to protect the hands and the gloves protect some against cuts but they don't take power off the punch. Of course some fighters hit harder than others but they all hurt.

Every single one of them hurts. A guy spends years practicing punching people, it is going to hurt.
