Yes, but I think Tyson was more frustrated by losing to Holyfield than just the headbutts.

People have fought Tyson dirty before, and Tyson did plenty of dirty stuff himself even before the bite.

Casamayor is another good headbutter. He's opened cuts with headbutts.

I think Holyfield is more sneaky with it and does an "intentional accidental headbutt". Casamayor is more blatant with it.
