1. Julio Cesar Chavez 2. Ruben Olivares 3. Salvador Sanchez 4. Vicente Saldivar 5. Juan Manuel Marquez
I disagree. Take away the Pacquiao fights Marquez has accomplished less than the others. I honestly don't get the whole Pacquiao thing with Marquez. Why the special treatment? Anybody?????? Morales is the only one to best Pacquiao at a weight he was ATG at.
Nelson only lost to the greatest featherweight of all time Sanchez and the 2nd best lightweight of all time, Whitaker. Even past his prime he was still knocking out top notch fighters. The Nelson that Sanchez fought would of outhustled Barrera or Morales and he was throwing and landing bombs on Sanchez, who was better defensively than both. I think Nelson beats MAB, Morales, Pacquiao, and Jmm at 126-130. 126 he was fast and had ko power while putting nonstop pressure. Just look at his vicious ko's of Cowdell, Gomez, Fenech 26-0, Ruelas 42-2, and Leija. He easily matched Morales or Pacquiao's power and carried that power past 35 yrs old. Only thing I agree with you is MAB, Morales, Pacquiao, and Jmm beating Gomez, but at 130lbs, and even then, it wouldn't be easy against a fading Gomez.
Pacquiao had more power, speed and stamina and a better chin than Nelson when Morales fought him. 130 Pacquiao was the real deal. So I was very impressed when Morales disarmed him for the UD. I see Nelson being completely no match for Morales. Erik is becoming very underrated on these boards. People forget how unstoppable prime Erik Morales was.
All three of them ducked and avoided Humberto Soto for years. Manny Pacquiao, Edwin Valero, Robert Guerrero, and so many others avoided Humberto Soto too.
