    Pac below 140

The first ten who came to mind probably with more than 5 minutes to think and to sober up a far better list could be done.. Always enjoyed the above 10 though

Hearns at 147, hamed at FW, Julian jackson at 160, McClellan at 160, RJJ at 160 and 168, kovalev at 175(in some fights guys shy away from his jab as if he was holding a cattle prod) not out of fear, but actual physical pain.
Marciano at 190, Felix trinidad, Cotto at 140(emmanuel steward called him one of the best punchers he ever trained even after they split)

Finito lopez, rafael marquez, manny pacquiao, junior jones, nonito donaire

Are we talking pound for pound or just fellas below 200lb? If it's p4p, then I propose:
    1. Langford
    2. Wilde
    3. Fitzsimmons
    4. Ketchel
    5. Jackson
    6. Choynski
    7. Hearns
    8. McClellan
    9. Foster
    10. Hamed
If it's just hardest hitters when they weighed below the heavyweight limit of 200lb, then I would make room for Marciano, Louis, and a few others.

I was thinking any fighters who weren't career heavyweights. So that excludes the likes of Marciano and Louis.

I wasn't thinking fighters who might have fought in the heavyweight division at some point, so Moore, Fitzsimmons, Foster, Spinks and the like could be included.

    Good list, by the way.

A very under rated puncher , overlooked and forgotten was Boza Edwards .. he could crush .. another was Edwin Rosario .. others were Mathew Saad and Eddie Mustafa .. monster punchers .. so was Marvin Johnson. All three could take a guy out w one shot ..

Obscure sleeper, no champion, but he could summon the 'sand man' with one left hook: "Eugene Hart"!
    "Eugene Hart ladies and germs"!
Didn't a young Hagler say he was in 'la la land' after tasting the Cyclone's left hook in their fight?
