Pernell Whitaker. I really cannot comprehend just how good he is when I watch him. It is awe inspiring.

Once Pacquiao added that right hand to his already best-in-the-business left hand, the game was changed. Hopkins and Holyfield are 2a and 2b.

Why no love for Chavez? Whitaker and Chavez I think should be ranked near each other in the same way that Hopkins and Jones ranking should be close.

PFP I go with Manny by a hair, thought I'm 27 and became a fan of boxing after many of their primes. I would put Mayweather and Sweet Pea in my top 3 if we're talking pound4pound only.

I would said Pernell Witaker and his "win" over Julio Ceasar Chavez cements that

The criteria is kinda vague... is this in boxing skill or as overall fighters?

    P4P skill
    Mayweather
    Hopkins
    Whitaker

    1st two are interchangeable imo

    P4P overall

    Really not sure

Not based on skill. The Ring's PFP list is not based on skill.
