There have been countless great rivalries that shaped this sport. Vote above at which one you feel was the greatest.

There are so many, but one of the ones I love the best was the battles between:

Eubank/Watson/Benn...unfortunately they were marred by tragedy, but the genuine dislike that they held for each other (prior to the fights anyway), the trash talk the energy and the very good quality fighting they brough us still lives fresh in my mind!

I personally like the Maskaev v Rahman rivalry.

Hasim is talking **** saying how hes gonna KO him before the 6th, and he's the one getting ownd in the 12th and getting sent threw the ropes (in the 6th?) in their first fight.

Nothing better than seeing a ownage like that.

Good one, I was just thinking of that one.

    How about Holyfield/Bowe?

In terms of the significance within society combined with truly great fights, I'd have to go with Ali and Frazier. Louis and Schmeling comes close, although the fights itself weren't as great.
