Last time I scored it, I scored it for Chavez so my memory was faulty.

I take that back. I saw that only two voted for it. I must have clicked it and thought it marked it, but it didn't.

Awesome selection here, very classical! I think this is one of those ones where the 'three minute rule' plays a huge part in selection. If the rule wasn't present, everyone would pick Corrales-Castillo I.

Awesome round, awesome fight. Both ate like 100 hard shots, both hurt and good infighting. Minimal holding too for a HW fight.

A back and forth first two minutes where both landed at a high rate, with Scott's left hook stunning Gaspar. For the last minute, they just swung at one another's head with no end.

Very good round, could've been better, though. Chuvalo made it really fun when he let his hands go. I don't wanna rate this fight as low as I am gonna, coz I love these two, but it can't be helped.

Can't believe I forgot about this one! Awesome exchanges in this one, Taylor threw his beautiful combinations, Chavez came right back at him with his short, precise, aggressive counters. Literally 3 minutes of violence.

Savage action, but there's nothing I can add to this fight, since every single perspective has been explored. However, I will say this is a great round and fight.

I love this fight, and this round. Although I'm no fan of incomplete rounds, though. Hank was sooooo talented, and both of these guys were hard enough to throw everything at eachother without blinking.

WOW! I need to see this one in full! Constant action, huge punches to get the KDs but a bit too one-sided to top the list. Awesome round, though.

    Rankings:
    #7. Patterson-Chuvalo
    #6. Barrera-McKinney
    #5. DeMarco-Akins I
    #4. Bowe-Holyfield I
    #3. Tiger-Hank
    #2. Scott-Ortega I
    #1. Chavez-Taylor I

    Round 10

Maybe not quite as deep as the round 9 selections but top action again.

Here's mine choices in reverse order:

    7. Chuvalo-Patterson
Some good action here but didn't quite light things up as much as other rounds here.
    6. Akins-DeMarco 1
Amazing that DeMarco actually made it to his feet and that he would score a knockdown himself in the very next round but a bit one-sided.
    5. Tiger-Hank
Very good final round which Tiger won in style
    4. Barrera-McKinney
I get upset every time I watch this and the ref intervenes to replace McKinney's gumshield - shite refereeing but an excellent round with great drama.
    3. Scott-Ortega
Close between this and number 2. Non-stop action and a really high volume of punches thrown.
    2. Bowe-Holyfield 1
Holyfield makes you want to punch the air like a feel good ending in an underdog movie. He's the definition of heroic and this round is a large part of the reason why. He lost the round but won everybody's respect. The real deal wears his nickname as a badge of honour.
    1. Chavez-Taylor 1
The best round of that fight and the moment Chavez starts turning the tide. This is as high-octane a three minutes of top quality action as you could wish to see.

Bowe v Holyfield for me, So many memories and I love the little pat on the stomach they give each other at the end of the round. They seem to have a great friendship and that moment, especially if rumours of their current physical conditions are to be believed, is a really poignant punctuation mark to the three minutes of high class savagery that had preceded it.

I’ve got to give these all an honest look before making up my mind.

    Keep those round reviews coming!

Looks like the voting on this one will go down to the wire. I encourage everyone to watch all the rounds and stand up and be counted (or just sit there and press a tab and vote).

My top three were Scott-Ortega, Bowe-Holy and JCC-Taylor.

I eventually settled on Chavez-Taylor edging out Scott-Ortega with Bowie-Holyfield just behind.

This exercise is really rewarding getting to watch all these great rounds.
