Greatest short title fight in history?

    The sport of boxing has produced many short fights - fights that lasted three rounds or fewer. Which is the greatest short TITLE fight?

    My vote would be for Hagler vs. Hearns.

    But has there been a title fight greater than this one? (Three rounds or fewer and some title must be on the line).

    I was going to say Israel Vázquez vs. Óscar Larios III but forgot the IBF actually withdrew its sanctioning of it like the day of. So never mind.

    Hagler vs. Hearns is the obvious one that probably jumps into everyone's mind. Will have to give it a mull.

    For a really short little number check out Jaime Garza - Juan Meza. Garza hit about as hard or harder than anyone ever has at 122.

    It might have only been two rounds and both one sided but Hearns-Duran was exciting as well as shocking.
