    Usyk and it's not close.

    After that the most accomplished are Byrd, Sanders and Moorer. Zhang also enters the 2nd tier if he beats Parker.

    Usyk followed by Byrd. Byrd's skills were ridiculous but he was a bit too defensively minded, while Usyk is the full package.

    After that it becomes a bit of a free for all.
