Exhibit "A". Look no further than "Big" George Foreman. "Doc" Broadus, D.Sadler and A.Moore trained him to use his biggest advantage over his opponents, his brute strength. He carried out that training to it's maximum effectiveness.
Arthur Mercante SR stated that D.Tiger was the most strongest fighter he's ever faced when trying to remove from a clinch.

If you mean stylistically someone that relies on physicality and roughing a guy up I think that Sung Kil Moon is a great pick. Sandy Saddler too, Ricky Hatton.
Some guys look stronger than they are due to body fat & definition. Roy Jones had amazing gifts of reflexes & timing, but he was more wel-defined than having a lot of muscle. Although the HW, 'roid Jones carried more. Hercules in the form of Mike Weaver: not more muscle weight that most of his contemporaries, but lean & defined for a HW. You can do the math of his weight & body fat & roughly calculate this. Berbick too has similar height & weight-in part not as bulky as they looked because top heavy. Norton this applied to an extent too-although he had a fair amount of bulk too... I have long teased a friend about having a disproportionately thick neck. He used to do neck exercises with a harness. I just measured it for fun, discovered that it was 16". Not very large, but he & his neck are lean/defined, & compared to his adjacent areas, upper body & thin head... This make it look bigger than it is!
A tad left field, and he would be way down on anyone's list ( if at all ) his peers have said Len Harvey was incredibly strong , despite not being heavily muscled, or having a bodybuilders physique , apparently his trademark maneuver consisted of, when in a clinch he would grab, with both hands, his opponents forearms and squeeze them, with all his might, until such time as the ref parted the combatants, said opponents would go on to state that after 8 rounds or so, they would begin to lose any feelings in both arms and more importantly fists . So not your conventional awareness of the term strong, but Harvey must have had unnerving resolves of strength to carry out this rather neoanthodolick move. stay safe guys.
I Googled neoanthodolick, no definition came up. Fancifully can we say a near man, a dollop of Neo-Neanderthal?
