Next in the series after Marvin Hart

    In three categories
Best win: In terms of quality of opponent, and manner of victory
Most important win: In terms of historical significance
Most spectacular performance: Not really the quality of the win, just a great display of the champion's ability.

Best win: Phiidelphia Jack O'Brien, despite his size, by far the best regarded heavyweight Burns beat
Most important win: Marvin Hart, Hart's title claim was dubious, but it was the begining of Burns's which would become more legitimate with later wins, and I think the Hart win was key in sending him down the path. Also the first time the title changed hands by decision
Most spectacular performance: Bill Squires 1907 July 4, really nice KO

    I completely agree.

I feel as though many look over the fact that he has 2 solid wins over O'Brien in his resume

Squires dropped Burns at least once in their series.

Agree with BitPlayerVesti except to point out that the Flynn win was also decent.
