I can't say he was a great but he was a "kingmaker" and in some great fights, Iran Barkley isn't someone I'd consider having a high boxing IQ
Aaron Pryor. Great skills, great athletic ability, overshadowed by a reckless seek and destroy style that got him put on his ass by a few of his opponents. Pryor was can't miss TV in the early 80's. When he had too, he could fight with discipline, and patience , and set up opponents smartly. But most times, he fought like a rabid badger, balls to the walls and simply overwhelmed his opponents with sheer aggression and relentless combination punching.
